1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using FastPic, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
FastPic helps marketplace sellers prepare product photos. The service includes:
- Turning the image into a square in the selected preset
- Browser-based processing without mandatory storage upload
- Temporary file storage (2, 7, or 10 days)
- Credit system for processing
3. Permitted and Prohibited Use
You may:
- Process images for commercial purposes (e-commerce, marketing, etc.)
- Use processed images on any platform
- Share download links with third parties
It is prohibited to:
- Process images that violate third-party copyrights
- Upload illegal, pornographic, or offensive content
- Use the service for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
- Attempt to access unauthorized systems or breach our security
4. Credit System
- 1 credit = 1 processed image
- High and maximum quality add extra credits per image
- Temporary storage costs extra credits and is only charged if you choose to save the file
5. File Storage
- Processing does not require storage. The ZIP is uploaded only if you choose to store it
- After the chosen period (2, 7, or 10 days), files are automatically deleted
- We do not make backups. Download before expiration
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your images. FastPic does not claim ownership of the content you process. You grant us a temporary license to store and process your images only as necessary to provide the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
FastPic is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for data loss, lost profits, or indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, without prior notice or refund. You may terminate your account at any time, but unused credits will not be refunded.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email. Continuing to use the service after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
