What is FastPic?
FastPic helps marketplace sellers prepare product photos for Mercado Livre, Shopee, and Amazon with ready-to-use presets, quality control, and optional temporary storage.
How does image processing work?
Processing happens in your browser during normal product use. The image is prepared in the selected preset and is only sent to storage if you choose to save the final ZIP.
Which presets are available?
Mercado Livre (1200x1200, JPEG), Shopee (1000x1000, JPEG), Amazon (2000x2000, JPEG), plus a custom mode where you can define your own size and format.
Which input formats are accepted?
You can upload JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WebP files. If a file is outside those formats, it is rejected during validation before processing starts.
Which output formats are supported?
JPEG and WebP. Marketplace presets default to JPEG for broader compatibility, while custom mode also supports WebP.
Which quality levels are available?
low (0.60), medium (0.75), high (0.90), and maximum (0.95). The system slightly reduces quality if the file exceeds about 2 MB.
How many images can I process at once?
Up to 50 images per batch. If you exceed that, the selection is cleared and you need to try again with fewer files.
Is there a total batch limit besides the per-file limit?
Yes. In addition to the 50 MB limit per file, the entire batch can total up to 100 MB. This helps keep browser-side processing stable.
Can I use FastPic without creating an account?
Yes. Guests can process up to 5 images every 24 hours. The counter resets automatically after that period.
What happens when I reach the guest limit?
You will see a warning and can log in to keep processing without the 5-image guest limit.
What do I get when I create an account?
Creating an account unlocks the dashboard, allows batches of up to 50 images, lets you track history, and gives you 10 initial credits to get started.
How are credits charged?
The base cost is 1 credit per image. In low and medium, you only pay that base amount. High and maximum quality add extra credits per image, and temporary storage only costs extra if you choose to save the final ZIP.
How does quality-based charging work?
low and medium do not add credits. high adds +1 credit per image, and maximum adds +2 credits per image.
Do High and Maximum quality require credits only, or login too?
They require login. These are premium quality levels, and at processing time you also need enough credits to cover the extra batch cost.
How does file storage work?
Storage is optional. You can simply process and download in the browser without sending anything to storage. If you choose storage, only the final ZIP is uploaded and stays available in My Images for 2, 7, or 10 days.
Where can I find my stored files?
In the dashboard under My Images. There you can download or delete your stored files.
Can I download stored files again?
Yes, while the storage period has not expired. Downloads use temporary signed links.
Will I get a warning before a stored file expires?
Yes. When a stored file is close to expiration, the system creates a dashboard notification so you can download it before automatic removal.
What if storage upload fails?
Storage credits are refunded automatically. Processing credits remain deducted because the images were generated successfully.
What is the maximum input file size?
Up to 50 MB per file.
Does a transparent PNG become white in the output?
Yes. Images are exported with a white background (#FFFFFF) by default, so transparent PNG areas become white in the final result.
If the automatic framing is not good enough, can I adjust it before exporting?
Yes. For individual images, you can open the crop adjustment, reposition the product, and control zoom before confirming the export.
Can I download images individually, or only as a ZIP?
Both. You can download the full batch ZIP or download each processed image individually.
How do I buy credits?
Log in and start the purchase from the credits button. Payment is processed through Stripe.
How many credits do I get per purchase?
The current plans offer 500 credits (Starter), 1,000 credits (Business), and 2,000 credits (Pro). There is also an Enterprise option for larger operations.
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits stay available in your account with no expiration date.
Can I use the product without a monthly subscription?
Yes. FastPic uses prepaid credits, not a mandatory monthly subscription. You buy when needed and use them at your own pace.
Which payment methods are accepted?
In the current checkout flow, payment is handled through Stripe with card payment.
How long does it take for credits to appear after payment?
Credits are usually added automatically right after payment confirmation. In some cases, it can take a few minutes while the webhook finishes processing.
How do I see my balance and purchase history?
Your balance appears in the dashboard. Purchase history is available under dashboard/history.
Where can I see my processing history, not just purchases?
In the dashboard under /[locale]/dashboard/processing. There you can review recent processing runs, credits used, preset, quality, and selected storage.
What happens if I do not have enough credits?
You will see a warning with the credits required and available, plus an option to buy more immediately.
How do login and signup work?
You can sign in with email/password or Google. After authentication, you are redirected to the dashboard.
Can I reset my password?
Yes. FastPic can send a password reset email to the address you used when signing up.
Are purchased credits refundable? What happens if I delete my account?
Purchased credits are not refundable. If you delete your account, your data, history, stored files, and unused credits are permanently removed.
Is processing cloud-based or local?
Processing happens in the browser. Only the final ZIP is uploaded to storage if you choose temporary storage.
What background color is applied?
A white background (#FFFFFF) is used by default to match common marketplace requirements.
How are files named in the download?
Batch downloads are named PRESET_DATE_TIME.zip, for example MERCADO_LIVRE_2026-03-14_16-42-08.zip. Inside the ZIP, each file keeps its original name with the _optimized suffix in the chosen format.
Which languages does FastPic support?
The main interface supports Portuguese and English. Blog content is currently published only in Portuguese.
Is there an enterprise plan?
Yes. There is an Enterprise option for larger operations. You can contact us from the pricing section.
Are there Terms and Privacy pages?
Yes. You can access them from the footer on the main site.
Which payment data is collected?
Only data required to complete the transaction, such as email and Stripe session identifiers, is recorded.
Is it safe to store my files?
Uploads use signed URLs and downloads require user authentication. Files expire automatically according to the chosen period.
What happens if I reload the page during processing?
Because processing is local, the current state is lost on reload. Wait until processing finishes before refreshing.
Which browsers are supported?
Modern browsers with canvas and common Web APIs such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari. Very old versions may have limitations.
How are batch credits calculated?
Total credits = (1 base credit × number of images) + (quality extras × number of images) + storage credits, if selected. If you only process and download, there are no storage credits.
Can I change dimensions and format freely?
Yes. In addition to the built-in presets, custom mode lets you set width, height, and output format.
What happens after payment?
You are redirected back and your credits are added automatically. The purchase history is also updated.
