This Privacy Policy explains how FastPic collects, uses, and protects your data. The product is built around browser-based processing, with optional storage only when you decide to save the final file.

1. Data We Collect

• Personal Data: Email, name (optional), encrypted password (Firebase Auth)
• Usage Data: Processing history, credits used, chosen storage option, and preset settings
• Technical Data: IP address, browser, operating system, session cookies
• Payment Data: Card information is processed exclusively by Stripe (we do not store card data)

2. How We Use Your Data

• Provide and improve the image processing service
• Manage your account and credit system
• Process payments via Stripe
• Send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, expiration notices)
• Analyze service usage for improvements (aggregated and anonymous data)

3. Image Processing

Important about privacy:

• Normal image processing happens in your browser during product use.
• A file is only sent to our servers if you choose temporary storage for the final ZIP.
• We do not analyze, view, or train AI with your images

4. Data Sharing

We only share the data needed to operate the service with:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, cloud functions
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Cloudflare R2: Temporary storage of processed files

5. Data Retention

• Account data: while the account is active
• Processing history: last 12 months
• Stored files: 2, 7, or 10 days (as chosen)

6. Your Rights (LGPD/GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Access: View all data we have about you
• Correct: Update incorrect information
• Delete: Request permanent deletion of your account
• Portability: Export your data in readable format
• Revoke Consent: Withdraw authorization for data processing

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and language preferences. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Security

We implement security measures such as HTTPS, password encryption (Firebase Auth), presigned URLs with expiration, and data segmentation by user in Firestore.

9. Minors

FastPic is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. If we discover that we have collected data from minors, we will delete it immediately.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be notified by email.
